Your Area of Responsibility: As our Head Waiter for breakfast and lunch, you are the heart of our guests' morning experience – the first ray of sunshine of the day! You meet our guests with a genuine smile and contagious energy, ensuring that every breakfast becomes an unforgettable start to the day. With a sharp eye for detail and a sense of pace, you create a warm, welcoming, and inspiring atmosphere where every guest feels seen and cared for. Your main tasks, with a touch of Clarion magic: Deliver outstanding service: Actively meet and interact with our guests to ensure a personal, heartfelt, and professional service that puts the finishing touch on their morning. You create those small but meaningful moments! Be the heart of operations: You are operationally active and a natural part of the team, ready to perform all tasks required to give the guest a fantastic experience. Lead and distribute work: Responsible for station assignments and work distribution for the department. Drive upselling: Lead and inspire the team to maximize upselling and be a role model in every guest interaction. Maintain a sparkling environment: Ensure that the breakfast room and serving areas are always spotlessly clean and organized. A clean and beautiful environment is part of the experience! Contribute to the team's success: You have an understanding of and work toward increased profitability, high quality, and achieving the department's set goals. We are especially pleased if you also bring: Previous experience leading / head waiter experience Experience from the hospitality industry: Have you previously worked in breakfast service, café, restaurant, or hotel? This background is a great advantage for quickly getting into the role and understanding our guests' needs. A natural service mentality: You have an innate ability to see what the guest needs and act proactively. With a positive and solution-oriented approach, you transform every challenge into an opportunity to delight! Ability to handle a fast pace: You enjoy working in a structured and efficient manner, even when the hour is early and the pace is high. You keep your head cool and deliver with precision! Knowledge of food hygiene: Experience with food hygiene and self-monitoring is a big plus. It shows that you value our guests' well-being and safety as much as we do!
