This is us, your new colleagues As a Section Manager you will lead a team of approximately 70 mechanics working with prototype vehicles, mechanical & electrical prototype manufacturing & prototypes in test rigs. The section also consists of one group of skilled specialists in the field of technical safety & environment, and this team serves as support to all Lundby based TTI functions. The section is organized into 6 teams with a management team of 7 people that you will be leading. We believe you bring • Many years of experience as a leader. • Proven cooperation skills and high ability to work cross-functionally. • Good product and customer knowledge. • Experience or interest working with technical safety. • Good verbal and written communication skills in both Swedish and English. • Experience working in a workshop or manufacturing is an advantage.
