We warmly welcome your application! Main Responsibilities As Head of Finance, you are responsible for the group's functions within Financial Control and Transactional Finance. The role includes personnel responsibility for seven skilled employees and you will report directly to the CFO. · Lead and distribute work to ensure that accounting and reporting are delivered on time and in a correct manner with quality according to laws, regulations, and principles · Consolidation of the group's monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements · Ensure quarterly reporting and annual reports according to IFRS · Overall responsibility for ensuring that processes and policies align with what is required to enter a publicly listed environment · Responsible for ongoing tax and treasury, as well as short-term liquidity planning · Drive and participate in various accounting projects · Lead preparatory work and present to the Audit Committee · Streamline and automate processes, including through Workday and AI Who are we looking for? We are looking for someone with an academic university degree in economics and with solid experience in qualified accounting work. You are well-versed in group reporting and feel confident with regulations such as K3 and IFRS. It is a merit if you have a background from working in an international group, preferably listed on the stock exchange, and have experience with acquisition work. You speak and write Swedish and English fluently and have good knowledge of the Office package.
