Horse-Loving Assistant Needed

17-year-old boy seeking a horse-loving assistant at 75-100%. He rides once a week but thinks about horses constantly! He has a developmental disorder, CP, and epilepsy. He uses a wheelchair and needs assistance with everything in his daily life, around the clock. The boy is looking for an assistant who is: - A good friend - Enjoys being physically active - Caring and nurturing - Of course, a non-smoker The work alternates between periods of high activity and quieter periods with more care. In addition to horses, he enjoys walks in any weather, preferably in the forest. He also likes swimming, animals and nature, read-alouds, and singing and music. Work shifts are mainly scheduled for day/evening with dual assistance, as well as active night shifts. Day shifts occur on weekends, school breaks, and to some extent when he is in school. He lives with his family in Staffanstorp, with good bus connections to both Lund and Malmö. The company is operated under IVO license, with collective agreements and reasonable wages.
