Our pleasant health center is centrally located at Hässelby Torg, near the subway. The health center has just over 17,000 registered patients, of which approximately 300 are enrolled in home care. Work Tasks:
Standard home care tasks including home visits and administrative work. You will have patient responsibility in your own area within a well-functioning team in close collaboration with other staff members. We document in TakeCare and care plan in Lifecare.
Qualifications:
Licensed nurse/district nurse. Experience from home care is a merit. Valid driver's license (Category B).
Personal Qualities:
You should be able to work independently with your own responsibility and also have an easy time collaborating with the rest of the team. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.
Employment Form:
Permanent position. Monday - Friday, full-time, part-time can be discussed. We apply flexible hours. Start date by agreement.

For patient-facing work within Stockholm County Healthcare Services:
- Background checks are applied before employment decision according to SLSO's overall instructions for background checks in employment.
- Employees who will have patient contact must undergo a new employee health examination, according to applicable directives, which takes place through occupational health services before employment.
- In addition to Swedish professional license, good knowledge of the Swedish language equivalent to level C1 according to the Common European Framework of Reference (CEFR) is required. The same requirement is guideline for non-licensed personnel with patient contact.
