BUKO continues to grow and we are now looking for a project manager for our operations in Umeå. We are looking for you who have experience from construction, contracting, roads, or infrastructure and who want to develop in a role with greater responsibility. Perhaps you are working today as a machine operator, construction worker, work supervisor, or in another production-related role and are ready for the next step in your career. About BUKO BUKO was founded in 1991 and is one of the leading full-service providers of traffic control and workplace safety at road and construction sites in busy environments. We offer complete solutions – from design and traffic arrangement plans to permits and site establishment. With our own personnel, we ensure quality, safety, and service in every project. About the role As Project Manager with us, you work with the entire project process, from planning to execution. The role includes, among other things, developing traffic arrangement plans in AutoCAD, permit management, customer communication, and coordinating our assignments. You work closely with customers, colleagues, and our operational activities to ensure efficient deliveries with high quality and good service. To create a good understanding of our operations, you will receive an introduction to our services and working methods, including fieldwork. When project activities are quieter, we help where needed, which may also mean supporting operations on site in our projects. Your responsibility Drive and coordinate projects from start to finish Create traffic arrangement plans and manage permits Maintain contact with customers and clients Plan site establishment and resources Participate in site visits and follow-ups Ensure quality, delivery, and progress in projects Who we are looking for We believe you: Have experience from road, earthwork, construction, or contracting industries Thrive with responsibility, planning, and customer contact Have good administrative skills Have a B driver's license Experience with traffic control, traffic arrangement plans, or project management is meritable but not required.
