About the Position We're seeking a dedicated and meticulous industrial flooring installer who wants to join our team. We're also interested in you if you have a craftsperson background in construction, tiling, and masonry. The work involves installation, repair, and maintenance of industrial floors in various environments, such as factories, warehouses, workshops, parking garages, kitchens, and public facilities. You will work with epoxy, polyurethane, and other hard plastic-based flooring systems, as well as prepare surfaces through grinding, milling, and filling. The job is based in Halmstad and involves some travel. Our service area is primarily Halland and northern Scania, but we also work in other parts of Sweden. Overnight stays and weekend work may occur. Responsibilities Preparing surfaces for flooring installation Applying epoxy and polyurethane floors Floor renovations and repairs Quality control and documentation of completed work Collaboration with project managers and other trades Customer contact at job sites We're Looking for You if You Have experience in flooring, construction, or the industrial sector Are hands-on and have a strong sense of quality Can work independently and as part of a team Are responsible, meticulous, and solutions-oriented Hold a valid driver's license (Category B) Speak and write Swedish fluently Meritorious Experience with hard plastic work Flooring or construction training We Offer A secure position in a growing company Varied work days and exciting projects Competitive salary and benefits Friendly colleagues and a good work environment Employment Type Full-time, permanent position with a probationary period.
