We focus on results and what creates value for those we serve. Welcome to us! We are seeking temporary staff for Group and Service Housing LSS We work on behalf of the procurement unit. We provide support to people with neuropsychiatric variations, autism spectrum conditions, and intellectual disabilities who live in supported housing in Haninge municipality. Your task as a support assistant is based on LSS, where the guiding principles for how services are delivered are self-determination, influence, accessibility, participation, continuity, and a holistic approach. The goal is for the person to receive the support they need to live as independently as possible with good quality of life. Your Task The work is varied and involves offering individually tailored support, which may include assisting users in various activities, personal care, cooking, scheduling, and support in social situations. As a support assistant, you have good self-awareness and knowledge of maintaining a professional approach and building good relationships with individuals. What We're Looking For You who are applying are expected to be able to work as needed and meet these formal requirements: - Adequate education or ongoing education, such as nursing assistant or other pedagogical education that we consider equivalent - Experience working with people who have been granted LSS services - Knowledge of clarifying pedagogy and low-affective approaches - Good Swedish language skills, both spoken and written, as we have documentation responsibilities - Ability to work irregular hours, which includes work on weekdays and holidays - mornings, afternoons, and evenings, as well as on-call sleeping shifts or awake night shifts It is important to us that you are a stable person with an empathetic approach. You are flexible, take initiative in your work, and take personal responsibility for your work situation.
