The Municipal Council's Business and Competence department is now seeking a supervisor for Återbruket.
Your Responsibilities
At Återbruket, we provide supervision for practical activities for both young people and adults. We are also responsible for receiving and sorting recyclable materials from Målserum's recycling station. Återbruket involves a range of different work tasks and activities such as retail sales, transportation, smaller construction projects, sorting of recycled materials, repairs, and more—all requiring practical skills while also placing high value on social competence.
Your Qualifications
We are primarily seeking someone with post-secondary education in the social sector and a strong commitment to supporting both young people and adults in their path toward employment or further education. For this position, you must also have a Category B driver's license and experience driving both with and without a trailer.
Previous experience with similar work tasks or construction/workshop experience is a merit.
You are naturally good at building new connections and are expected to demonstrate strong listening skills, empathy, and teamwork ability. You are organized, self-motivated, and a natural role model.
