About the Role As a career coach in the Work Preparation and Matching 2 program, you will work closely with your participants from initial assessment all the way through to employment or the start of studies. Your responsibilities include: Assess and coach participants based on their individual needs and goals Support participants in job searching, CV writing, and matching with employers Collaborate with employers, government agencies, and other stakeholders Document and follow up on participants' progress toward their goals This position is 50% with excellent opportunities for increased hours as the business grows. Qualification Requirements The requirements below are set by the Swedish Public Employment Service and must be supported by verifiable documentation. You meet the requirements if you can demonstrate one of the following options: Option 1 Education: University degree of at least 180 ECTS credits (120 points under the older system). Any field of study. Work experience: At least 2 years of full-time work experience. Part-time work is accepted if the combined time equals full-time work over 2 years. Option 2 Education: At least 1 year of full-time studies at the post-secondary level with at least a passing grade. Accepted forms of education include university education, qualified vocational education (KY), university college education (YH), military education, and police education. Work experience: At least 3 years of full-time work experience in one or more of the following areas. Part-time work is accepted if the combined time equals full-time work over 3 years. Management with personnel responsibility Recruitment Transition work for job seekers Study and career guidance Personnel administration (excluding personnel administration only) Work related to employment and labor market issues Work in social and group psychology Career counseling Meritorious Qualifications Experience as a job coach or educational coach Established network among employers in the Gothenburg area Multilingual abilities Who Are You?
