Coach/Mentor for 'Get Ready and Match' Program Seeking Immediate Start!
We are now recruiting a coach/mentor for the Swedish Public Employment Service's program, 'Get Ready and Match 2' in Gothenburg! You will work together with job seekers and support them on their path toward employment and/or education. As a coach/mentor, you will be responsible for: Assessing and coaching participants based on their individual needs and goals Supporting participants in job searching, CV writing, and matching with employers Collaborating with employers, government agencies, and other stakeholders Documenting and following up on participant progress This position is 50% part-time with the possibility of increased hours. You meet the requirements for this position if you can provide written documentation of one of the following options: Option 1 Education: University degree of at least 180 credits (120 points under the previous system). Any field of study deemed relevant for the position. Work Experience: At least 2 years of full-time experience (part-time accepted if the combined time equals 2 years full-time). Option 2 Education: At least 1 year of full-time studies at the post-secondary level with a passing grade. Accepted education types include university, KY, YH, police training, or military training. Work Experience: At least 3 years of full-time experience (part-time accepted) in one of the following areas: Management with personnel responsibility Recruitment Career transition work for job seekers Study and career counseling Personnel affairs administration (not solely administrative tasks) Work with employment and labor market issues Work with social and group psychology Career guidance Please submit your application as soon as possible.
