Mentor for "Boost and Match" Program Needed for Immediate Start!

We are now seeking a mentor within the framework of the Swedish Public Employment Service's "Boost and Match 2" program in Gothenburg! You will work together with job seekers and support them on their path toward employment and/or education. As a mentor, you are responsible for, among other things: Map and coach participants based on their individual needs and goals Support participants in job seeking, CV writing, and matching with employers Collaborate with employers, government agencies, and other stakeholders Document and follow up on how participants are progressing The position is at 50% capacity with the possibility of increased hours. You meet the requirements for this position if you can demonstrate one of the following alternatives with written documentation: Alternative 1 Education: University education of at least 180 credits (120 points according to the older system). Any field of study deemed suitable for the position. Work experience: At least 2 years of full-time experience (part-time is accepted if the total time equals 2 years full-time). Alternative 2 Education: At least 1 year of full-time post-secondary studies with a passing grade. Accepted education types include university, KY, YH, police training, or military education. Work experience: At least 3 years of full-time experience (part-time is accepted) within one of the following: Management with personnel responsibility Recruitment Transition work for job seekers Careers and vocational guidance Handling of personnel matters (not administration only) Work with employment and labor market issues Work with social and group psychology Career counseling Submit your application as soon as possible; interviews are held on an ongoing basis.
