We are now recruiting a coach for the Swedish Public Employment Service's Rusta och Matcha 2 program to join our team in Malmö!
You will work with job seekers and support them on their journey toward employment and/or further studies.
As a coach, you will be responsible for:
- Assessing and coaching participants based on their individual needs and goals
- Supporting participants in job searching, CV writing, and matching with employers
- Collaborating with employers, government agencies, and other stakeholders
- Documenting and following up on participant progress
This is a fixed-term position (hours/as needed) with good opportunities for a permanent, full-time role.
You meet the requirements for this position if you can document one of the following alternatives:
Option 1
Education: University degree of at least 180 credits (120 points under the older system). Any field of study deemed appropriate for the position.
Work Experience: At least 2 years of full-time experience (part-time accepted if the total time equals 2 years full-time).
Option 2
Education: At least 1 year of full-time post-secondary studies with at least a passing grade. Acceptable education types include university, KY, YH, police training, or military training.
Work Experience: At least 3 years of full-time experience (part-time accepted) in one or more of the following:
- Management with personnel responsibility
- Recruitment
- Career transition work for job seekers
- Study and career guidance
- Personnel matters handling (not solely administrative)
- Work with employment and labor market issues
- Work with social and group psychology
- Career counseling
