About the Job A colleague is moving on to work abroad and we need to recruit. Now there's an opportunity to work as a supervisor/employment consultant with us at Fontänhuset - an exciting and growing organization focused on work rehabilitation. Fontänhuset spans a broad field of work, and we are currently looking for a colleague who, in addition to experience in social work, has strong knowledge in kitchen operations and/or experience with business contacts and job adaptation. Fontänhuset Örebro Foundation conducts work-oriented and psychosocial rehabilitation according to the Fontänhus model's international guidelines, with a focus on the individual's strengths and skills. The Fontänhus model is based on voluntariness, participation, and community without time limits. An inclusive environment with meaningful work tasks and a salutogenic approach provides rehabilitation effects and contributes to individuals' recovery. We serve people living with and who have experience of mental health challenges. There are 20 Fontänhus in Sweden and more than 380 Fontänhus worldwide, where people with mental health challenges engage as members. Everyone—members and supervisors alike—share responsibility for the operation and work together side by side. Each member contributes their knowledge and skills and is a resource for Fontänhuset. The foundation of the Fontänhus model is the work-oriented day. Joint work tasks include administrative office work, editorial work, large-scale kitchen operations, facilities, gardening, finance, marketing, digital communication, and collaboration/networking with government agencies, businesses, and other organizations. A central part of Fontänhuset's activities is to support people into work, studies, or other occupations. We offer structured support and guidance through our VägarUt unit to members who wish to achieve employment or pursue studies. In addition to the Fontänhus model, we work according to the SE (Supported Employment) and IPS (Individual Placement and Support) models. Our members who are studying are offered support and structure in accordance with SEd (Supported Education). Alongside the work-oriented day, we offer wellness activities and social activities outside working hours, which employees and members manage together. Work as a supervisor is varied and multifaceted, in a work environment characterized by community, warmth, and hope. The Supervisor/Employment Consultant role involves - engaging, motivating, and performing work together with members in Fontänhuset's daily operations. - supporting members in achieving their individual goals regarding rehabilitation and recovery, and working with support and guidance based on members' career and education-related goals. - maintaining external contacts with, for example, social support services, psychiatry, primary care, the employment agency, the social insurance agency and other government agencies, as well as employers and educational providers on behalf of members. - requires great attentiveness, flexibility, presence, patience and respect, as well as the ability to develop reciprocal and supportive relationships with Fontänhuset's members. We are looking for someone with a genuine passion for seeing people grow and who can complement our current supervisor team. While you are social and outgoing, it is crucial that you are empathetic and able to understand others' life situations. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability. Requirements - Relevant education, e.g., social worker, occupational therapist, behavioral scientist, social pedagogue, or similar as deemed appropriate by the employer - Driver's license - Personal suitability Merits - Experience in social work and work rehabilitation - Education and work experience in kitchen operations and interest in cooking, health, and nutrition - Experience in collaboration with the business sector and recruitment/matching. Employment Terms The position is initially a one-year fixed-term employment with the possibility of extension, subject to relevant budget decisions being made. Regular working hours are Monday-Friday 8:30-16:00, but will also include some evenings, weekends, and holidays. The position is full-time (37.5 h/week) and will be filled by agreement but preferably as soon as possible.
