About the Position: We are looking for a dedicated individual who shares our vision and strives to be part of making a difference in people's lives. You will work both independently and as part of a team, where ideas are shared to improve and spread knowledge throughout the team. You should have experience with documentation and a passion for coaching participants who are striving to reach education or employment. We would like to see that you have academic qualifications equivalent to: Option 1: One year of post-secondary education. At least three years of full-time work experience in areas such as management with personnel responsibility, recruitment, career transition work for job seekers, career and vocational guidance, handling of personnel matters (not solely personnel administration), work with employment and labor market issues, as well as work with social and group psychology. Option 2: Completed higher education comprising at least 180 higher education credits (120 credits according to the previous system) or equivalent from a university of applied sciences. At least two years of full-time work experience, including part-time work where the total working hours correspond to full-time work over two years. It is advantageous if you are multilingual, and you should be fluent in Swedish both spoken and written. Information: We conduct interviews continuously, and the position will be filled as soon as we find the right candidate. The position is full-time and the workplace is located in Älvsjö.
