At Akadeva, we strive to create meaningful opportunities for our participants and are now seeking an engaged and qualified mentor to strengthen our team in Örebro. We offer a part-time position at 50 percent, where you will work closely with our participants in the Rusta and Matcha 2 program. Requirements and Qualifications: Qualified mentor with relevant education and experience in the field. Please send your credentials together with your application. See requirements below: Option 1: - Education: At least 180 college credits (120 credits according to the previous system). - Work experience: At least two years of full-time experience in a relevant field. Option 2: - Education: At least one year of full-time studies at the post-secondary level with satisfactory results. - Work experience: At least three years of full-time experience in management, recruitment, career counseling, or similar areas. Ability to create a supportive and inclusive environment for participants. Knowledge of and commitment to working with people of different ages and backgrounds. Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with other team members. Flexibility and adaptability to meet the individual needs of participants. Job Responsibilities: Plan and implement activities and support measures for participants within the framework of Rusta and Matcha 2. Provide individual mentoring and support based on participants' needs and goals. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a holistic and effective approach.
