Mentor for Work-Based Activities
Do you want to make a difference for people on their way to employment and self-sufficiency? We are looking for committed mentors who want to support participants within the framework of the new activity requirement. The role involves guiding, motivating, and following up with individuals who participate in work-based activities at companies, associations, or municipal operations.
About the Position
As a mentor, you are responsible for creating favorable conditions for participants' development and work-oriented activities. You serve as a link between the participant, the workplace, and the responsible authority or client.
Work Tasks
Introduce and support participants at the workplace. This may include performing work tasks alongside the participant. Both outdoors and indoors.
Follow up on attendance, well-being, and development.
Motivate participants to reach set goals.
Maintain regular contact with workplaces and partner organizations.
Document activities and report according to applicable procedures.
Contribute to creating safe and developmental work environments.

Have experience in coaching, mentoring, labor market initiatives, or similar work.
Are comfortable meeting people with different backgrounds and circumstances.
Have good communication skills and a solution-oriented work approach.
Are organized, responsible, and flexible.
Have good administrative skills and experience with documentation.
You have a genuine interest in the target group and a good understanding of the challenges they may face. You enjoy collaborating and actively contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment.
