Here you create social value working alongside knowledgeable colleagues. Discover a diverse role! About the Job At Information Services, you are the Tax Agency's face to the public. You answer questions about population registry matters, primarily from individuals, and guide them on how to best use our online services. You build trust by being attentive and providing excellent customer service. Questions come mainly via telephone. You take personal responsibility for staying informed about news and changes in your work area. Using various digital information channels, you also search for answers while speaking with customers. Most questions are straightforward and quick to answer, but some are more complex. Your work also includes administrative tasks such as sending certificates and various forms. A small number of cases can also be handled directly in conversation with the customer. In this role, you are in contact with customers all day and meet a wide diversity of people. You work in a team close to your colleagues and you give and receive support from one another. You develop your skills in customer service and customer relations while gaining broad knowledge in the population registry field. At Information Services, you have scheduled working hours, and work-life balance is a priority for us. You will be part of an information service section within the Population and Property Department, located in Helsingborg. The section has approximately 20 people. About You To do well and thrive at the Tax Agency, you need to be attentive, think innovatively, and take responsibility. Good judgment and understanding of legal security and safety are important in this work. You must also comply with our employee policy. In this role, you should: - have excellent customer service skills toward both our customers and colleagues - be flexible and quickly shift between different work tasks - be able to speak and write clearly and simply in both Swedish and English - be skilled at collaboration and support others in reaching common goals - be goal-focused and contribute to achieving the organization's objectives - be able to analyze information flows, see connections, and make decisions You must also have: - a university degree of at least 180 credits (120 credits) in law, social sciences, or other relevant higher education for this position - current and relevant work experience with customer interactions where you have answered incoming questions via telephone or in-person meetings It is desirable that you have current and relevant work experience from the Tax Agency. It is also desirable that you have current and relevant work experience with customer interactions in public sector services, insurance companies, banks, or similar organizations. Good to Know The employment is permanent and may begin with a six-month probationary period. Employment with us may involve placement in a security classification. A security clearance with background check according to the Security Protection Act (2018:585) may therefore be conducted before an employment decision. For some of our work tasks in security classification, Swedish citizenship is required.
