About the Position
We at Perido are now seeking a case officer for our client, a government agency with an important public mission and responsibility in law, finance, and public administration. You will work from our office located in Stockholm.
Your Responsibilities
As a case officer, you are responsible for investigating, managing, and following up on cases in accordance with current guidelines and regulations. The role involves independent work where you analyze documentation, prepare decision proposals, and coordinate activities to ensure efficient and legally secure processes.
Tasks:
Investigate, review, and manage cases
Prepare decision documentation and proposals for decisions
Plan, coordinate, and follow up on cases and activities
Analyze and evaluate work tasks and projects
Report investigation results and provide recommendations
Make decisions in straightforward cases according to current guidelines
Your Qualities
To thrive in this role, you are structured, analytical, and responsible with the ability to work independently. You are thorough in your work, have good judgment, and can handle multiple cases in parallel without compromising quality. At the same time, you are communicative, collaboration-oriented, and enjoy building good relationships with various stakeholders.

Qualifications:
University degree or equivalent education in the relevant field and at least six (6) months of work experience from similar work
Good knowledge of MS Office or equivalent
Ability to communicate fluently in Swedish, both verbally and in writing
Scope and Start Date
Full-time, consulting assignment through November 13, 2026. Start date September 1, 2026.
