Then this could be the job for you! About the job You will work with managing various types of partnership collaborations in Sida's thematic portfolio for climate and environment. An important part of the work is to conduct strategic and goal-oriented dialogue about the unit's priority issues with actors and collaboration partners in international contexts. The work is currently guided by the strategy for sustainable growth, green transition and education 2025–2029 and the position is placed in the Climate and Environment Unit (KLIMAT), at the Department for Global Partnerships (GLOBALA). We are now recruiting 1-2 case officers You will work at our office in Rissne Sundbyberg Duties Management of collaborations (so-called interventions) which involves assessing and following up on collaboration partners' plans, results, budgets and capacity in order to ensure efficient use of resources and to achieve agreed goals together with our partners. Conduct strategic and goal-oriented dialogue about Sida's priority issues with actors and collaboration partners. Overall and strategic portfolio management and portfolio development on a thematic basis, including contributing to strategic planning, monitoring and reporting of strategy implementation. Contribute to the development of the unit's joint work to plan and monitor activities and develop working methods and procedures to ensure quality and results, as well as other tasks that may occur in the unit. Qualification requirements Education Academic degree or academic education, or other education that the employer considers relevant, e.g. in political science, economics and environment/climate/sustainability issues. Languages Very good knowledge of Swedish and English Work experience and knowledge Several years of current experience in development cooperation related to international climate and environmental issues Good experience in case handling and administration Good experience in conducting strategic dialogue and driving change with collaboration partners Functional competencies/abilities: For this role, you need to: Be able to lead yourself and take responsibility for your own development Take initiative and be proactive Be good at collaboration and creating trustful relationships Be able to handle resistance, be flexible and solution-focused Have the ability to conduct dialogue and create consensus Communicate strategically to influence, negotiate and mobilize Be able to contribute to and absorb knowledge and evidence For this role, it is meritorious if you have Experience working at a government agency Experience in development-related collaboration with the private sector Experience working with multilateral funds and organizations (UN, World Bank) Experience working with marine issues and/or energy issues Experience working in an international environment and/or in developing countries Good to know The position is a temporary contract until further notice, but no later than 31 August 2027.
