JOB RESPONSIBILITIES In your role as a handler, you will work across various subject areas managing training programs that are conducted, as well as driving efforts to transform and develop training into more flexible, web-based, and operationally integrated competence development initiatives. Examples of work tasks include: • work in projects that transform and develop training/competence development initiatives in a modern and digital format, record training videos, create audio podcasts, etc. • manage training programs, develop and follow up on various training activities • work with various digital tools such as LMS, authoring tools, e-meeting systems, etc. to develop more efficient learning formats • ensure that competence development initiatives are implemented, in collaboration with external partners QUALIFICATIONS This is an opportunity for you if you have: • police training or other education combined with relevant current work experience as assessed by the employer • good IT skills • good knowledge of Swedish It is meritorious if you also have: • current work experience in competence management within the public sector or larger organizations, preferably within the Police Authority • current work experience with training within the public sector or larger organizations, preferably within the Police Authority • current experience working with learning platforms (LMS) or similar digital tools • current work experience in developing digital content, such as audio, video, and interactive exercises as assessed by the employer • current experience with police systems • current experience with investigative work within the Police Authority as assessed by the employer Personal Qualities Are you someone who dares to think creatively, takes initiative, and enjoys working with others?
