JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
In your role as a specialist, you will work within various subject areas managing training programs that are conducted and driving efforts to transform and develop training into more flexible, web-based, and operationally integrated competency development initiatives.
Examples of work tasks include:
• working in projects that transform and develop training/competency development initiatives into modern and digital formats, recording training videos, creating audio podcasts, etc.
• managing training programs, developing and monitoring various training initiatives
• working with various digital tools such as LMS, authoring tools, e-meeting systems, etc. to develop more efficient learning formats
• ensuring that competency development initiatives are implemented in collaboration with external parties
QUALIFICATIONS
This is an opportunity for you if you have:
• police training or other education combined with current work experience that the employer considers relevant
• good IT skills
• good knowledge of Swedish
It is considered a merit if you also have:
• current work experience in competency management within the public sector or larger organizations, preferably within the Swedish Police Authority
• current work experience with training within the public sector or larger organizations, preferably within the Swedish Police Authority
• current experience working with learning platforms (LMS) or similar digital tools
• current work experience in developing digital content, such as audio, video, and interactive exercises that the employer considers relevant
• current experience with police systems
• current experience with investigative work within the Swedish Police Authority that the employer considers relevant
