JOB RESPONSIBILITIES In your role as a specialist, you will work within various subject areas managing training programs that are conducted and driving efforts to transform and develop training into more flexible, web-based, and operationally integrated competency development initiatives. Examples of work tasks include: • working in projects that transform and develop training/competency development initiatives into modern and digital formats, recording training videos, creating audio podcasts, etc. • managing training programs, developing and monitoring various training initiatives • working with various digital tools such as LMS, authoring tools, e-meeting systems, etc. to develop more efficient learning formats • ensuring that competency development initiatives are implemented in collaboration with external parties QUALIFICATIONS This is an opportunity for you if you have: • police training or other education combined with current work experience that the employer considers relevant • good IT skills • good knowledge of Swedish It is considered a merit if you also have: • current work experience in competency management within the public sector or larger organizations, preferably within the Swedish Police Authority • current work experience with training within the public sector or larger organizations, preferably within the Swedish Police Authority • current experience working with learning platforms (LMS) or similar digital tools • current work experience in developing digital content, such as audio, video, and interactive exercises that the employer considers relevant • current experience with police systems • current experience with investigative work within the Swedish Police Authority that the employer considers relevant Personal Qualities Are you someone who dares to think differently, takes initiative, and enjoys working with others?
