You will work from our office located in Karlstad. Your Responsibilities As a case handler, you are responsible for investigating, processing, and following up on cases in accordance with current guidelines and regulations. The role involves independent work where you analyze documents, develop decision proposals, and coordinate activities to ensure effective and legally sound processes. Key Responsibilities: Investigate, review, and process cases Develop decision support materials and proposals for decisions Plan, coordinate, and follow up on cases and activities Analyze and evaluate tasks and projects Report investigation results and provide recommendations Make decisions on straightforward cases according to current guidelines Your Qualities To thrive in this role, you are structured, analytical, and responsible with the ability to work independently. Qualifications: Higher education or equivalent education in the relevant field and at least six (6) months of work experience from similar work Good knowledge of MS Office or equivalent Ability to communicate fluently in speech and writing in Swedish Scope and Start Date Full-time, consulting assignment through November 13, 2026.
