Collections Handler for Hojab at Svea Inkasso

We are now seeking a thorough and positive collections handler for our Hojab department at Svea Inkasso. You will become part of a small and supportive team that together manages the receivables that arise within some of Svea's different business areas. About the role Through this role, you will gain insight into Svea's other services, and it will be important to understand Svea's various products to handle these matters in the best way. As a collections handler, you will work primarily with Svea's own receivables, and your daily work will include tasks such as: Sending out collection demands Establishing payment plans Applying for payment orders and handling garnishments Certain legal work is included Daily contact with debtors via email, chat, and phone Contact with authorities as well as internal parties Who are you? We are looking for a person who thrives in an operational role, is administratively skilled, and thorough in their work. For this role, it is important that you can express yourself well in speech and writing, primarily in Swedish, although good knowledge of English is also desirable as it involves a lot of written communication both internally and externally. Furthermore, we see that you are responsible and have a good ability to prioritize and structure your work so that it gets done in an efficient manner. The ability to handle stress and a sometimes high pace is also important, as the workload can vary over time. Since you work with people, it is also important that you are humble and attentive; the ability to understand the debtor's situation is important for you to handle the matter in the best way.
