We are seeking a civic-minded case officer with experience in case management and decision-making. We offer a varied role where you combine case handling with development work and coordination.
You will be part of the Legal Affairs Department with current placement in the Administration Unit. Here we handle various matters from service of documents, depositing and disbursement of funds to burial matters, general elections and traffic.
What does the role involve?
The work tasks will consist of handling cases, coordinating and actively contributing to the unit's improvement efforts. You work closely with your colleagues to ensure high quality and legal certainty.

Are you the person we are looking for?
For this role, we want you to have
a university or college degree in, for example, political science, public administration or other education that the employer considers equivalent,
current experience in case management and good practice in writing decisions,
good ability to express yourself clearly and pedagogically in Swedish, both spoken and written,
experience assessing information to make correct, balanced and legally sound assessments and prioritizations,
experience in case management within public activities.

solution-oriented and flexible, attentive, unpretentious and helpful,
structured – have the ability to handle many cases in parallel,
meticulous – and work responsibly toward clear results,
willing and able to contribute to a good working environment.

More about us and the role
The employment is permanent, full-time, and probation is generally applied. Start date is by agreement.
You will be part of the Administration Unit within the Legal Affairs Department. The unit consists of approximately 20 employees, both case officers and lawyers. In the unit we handle, for example, various permits, serve documents, deposit and disburse funds.
We work in centrally located offices in Stockholm and there is an opportunity to work partially remotely.
