Medical Personnel Supply Department The Medical Personnel Supply Department is part of the Functional Unit (FunkE) at the Defence Medicine Centre (FömedC), the Swedish Armed Forces' centre of expertise for defence medicine. The department works with the Swedish Armed Forces' personnel supply of licensed health and medical care personnel. Our assignment includes, among other things, supporting recruitment, staffing, competence development and individual planning, as well as ensuring that the right defence medical expertise is available for the Swedish Armed Forces' organization and war units. The work spans the entire personnel supply chain and is conducted in close cooperation with the Swedish Armed Forces' units, schools and other operations. An important part of the assignment is also to develop long-term sustainable solutions for how the Swedish Armed Forces attracts, develops and maintains defence medical expertise. Main Responsibilities As a personnel services handler, you will support the Swedish Armed Forces' units in matters relating to defence medical personnel, with particular focus on licensed health and medical care personnel. Your responsibilities include: - Supporting personnel planning and staffing - Handling and coordinating issues within personnel and competence supply - Supporting individual planning and competence development - Handling matters relating to war placement - Cooperating with units, schools and other parts of the Swedish Armed Forces - Contributing to the development of working methods in this field The Swedish Armed Forces are experiencing strong growth and work assignments may therefore develop over time. Qualifications Requirements We are looking for you who have: - University degree in personnel and work life issues, HR or other education and experience that the employer deems equivalent - Experience of independently handling and coordinating personnel-related matters - Good administrative ability and good knowledge of Microsoft Office Personal Qualities We are looking for someone who is well-organized and has the ability to independently plan and drive your work forward. Since the role involves many contact points, you need to have good collaboration skills and be able to build trusting relationships. You have a solution-oriented approach and the ability to see the bigger picture in the matters you work with. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.
