WORK TASKS
Pledge and Valuation is a support and specialist function within Property Registration consisting of two teams. We are now looking for a colleague for our pledge operations. The work includes, among other things, handling of applications regarding missing written pledge letters, support in Pledge System to customers, and handling of applications for, among other things, conversion of pledge letters. The work also includes coordination of contract management for property registration's various services.
The operations are governed to a large extent by laws and regulations. The work also involves independent judgment and decision-making. Work is carried out in a team with common goals. The assignment includes customer service to the public, credit institutions, brokers and other authorities. Contact with various actors in the real estate market is a large part of the work and takes place via phone and email.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for you who have completed upper secondary education, preferably supplemented with some additional relevant education, for example university courses in economics or law. You have previous experience with pledge letter handling, for example as a broker or mortgage officer. We also see that you have experience in customer service, that is, have worked frequently with customer service via telephone. For the work tasks, very good ability to express yourself in Swedish in both speech and writing is required.
It is a merit if you have experience in handling and independent decision-making in your professional role.
