About the job You work with VAT matters and investigation of cases that vary in scope and complexity. This means you analyze and assess different types of documentation. You request additional information via phone, mail, and digital mailboxes in contact with companies. With support from laws and regulations, you assess the documentation and make decisions. You will also work to some extent with customer meetings by phone with both private individuals and companies. You plan your own workday and manage your cases both independently and in collaboration with others. You work closely with your colleagues and you give and receive support from each other. The work is qualified and you learn and gain new knowledge both in breadth and depth. You also contribute to our work with continuous improvements in everyday operations and choose effective solutions. You think creatively, dare to take risks, and act. You have flexible working hours and it is self-evident to us that you should have balance between work and leisure. You belong to the Corporate Taxation Unit 4 at the Corporate Taxation Department, based in Linköping. The unit currently operates in thirteen locations and has approximately 200 employees distributed across eleven sections. In this job you should: - independently plan and drive your work forward to achieve results - be good at collaborating and supporting others to reach common goals - speak and write simply and clearly - have good conduct toward both our customers and your colleagues - be able to analyze information flows, see connections, and make decisions. You should also have: - a university degree of at least 180 higher education credits (120 credits) in economics, law, or other relevant higher education for this position. - current and relevant work experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or financial administration. It is desirable that you have current and relevant work experience with VAT matters. Good to know The employment is permanent and can begin with a six-month probationary period. Employment with us may involve placement in a security class. A security vetting with background check according to the Security Protection Act (2018:585) may therefore be conducted before an employment decision.
