Your tasks - administration of financial support and development of knowledge support
In your role as an administrator for the Energy Preparedness Initiative, you will be part of the Preparedness Unit and thereby contribute to the agency's broader work to strengthen the energy system for civil defense. The Energy Preparedness Initiative combines both administration of financial support with the development of information initiatives and knowledge-building measures.
You will work on monitoring and developing financial support and knowledge initiatives to promote measures that strengthen energy preparedness. The work includes, among other things, investigation, implementation and management of developed routines and working methods. Work with financial support also includes effective case management and payment of investment support.
Within the knowledge support work, you contribute with your expertise in the development of information initiatives and other competence and knowledge-building activities. The work includes, among other things, quality assurance and gathering experiences and translating these into relevant knowledge support.
Depending on your experience, the tasks will be adapted between case management and knowledge support work. The position involves close collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
You have a post-secondary education in areas we consider relevant for the role, for example in energy, natural sciences, technology or other education that is considered relevant for the position. We are looking for someone with an interest in energy preparedness or energy issues and who has gained experience in the field, for example through studies, internships or work experience.
You also have experience in analyzing and structuring financial and other relevant information related to financial support, including monitoring. You have a good ability to draw well-founded conclusions and propose measures based on completed analyses.
You communicate very well in both Swedish and English, both orally and in writing, and have good knowledge of modern IT systems and programs. This is a classified position and Swedish citizenship is required.
It is meritorious if you have knowledge or experience in the areas below:
Several years of relevant work experience with energy issues
Experience of working with knowledge support in the energy field
Knowledge of backup power, district heating facilities or liquid fuels
Work experience with case management of economic support at a state authority, municipality or other public activity.
Experience of working at a state authority
Studied courses in security and preparedness

The Preparedness Unit works on developing, supporting, managing and monitoring the agency's internal work on crisis preparedness and war preparations. The unit also works on promoting the capacity and supply security of external stakeholders through the Energy Preparedness Initiative. The unit is part of the Energy Preparedness Department.

Good to know
The position is a permanent employment with a six-month initial probation period. This position is classified in security class, which means security clearance and register check according to the provisions of the Security Protection Act will be carried out. In the event of permanent employment, war placement with the agency may become relevant.
