About the Job Kronofogden has the role of exercising supervision over bankruptcy administrators. We oversee that bankruptcy administration is conducted appropriately and in accordance with applicable law, and we specifically examine that the outcome of a bankruptcy is as large as possible and that the bankruptcy is concluded as quickly as possible. You will work with administrative tasks, review and analysis of financial documents, and some supervision of bankruptcies. The work involves many contacts with bankruptcy administrators, restructurers and their staff, as well as with courts. You are responsible for the section's record management. You handle, for example, physical and digital mail, registrations and communications. Everyone who works at Kronofogden contributes to work against crime. Your work tasks include identifying and preventing attempts at criminal activity and notifying other authorities of suspected crimes. The unit's case handlers are located in different places in the country but work as a group with shared work tasks. You will be placed at our office in Eskilstuna. Your Qualifications: - Final grades from upper secondary school education - Several years of experience with administrative work involving bankruptcies - Several years of experience working with supervision at a government agency - Good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both spoken and written It is desirable that you have worked at Kronofogden. Good to Know The employment is limited until June 18, 2027 and is for 50 percent. You will be employed as a case handler. Kronofogden offers the possibility of remote work by agreement with the employer. Working in the state means that you follow the state's value base. Special requirements are also placed on judgment, security thinking and following applicable laws. We ask questions at interviews about any previous criminality and deficiencies in previous employment. For final candidates, these questions are also asked to references. We also obtain information about debts registered with Kronofogden, bankruptcy and business prohibitions. Information obtained is weighed in the overall assessment of your suitability for the current employment. An employment with us may involve placement in a security class. A security clearance with register check according to the Security Protection Act (2018:585) may therefore be carried out before a decision on employment.
