JOB RESPONSIBILITIES We are seeking a social worker who wants to work in child and family services. You will work in child and family services with a focus on investigation and follow-up. Ragunda Municipality is a small municipality, and the strength of a small municipality is short decision-making paths. The work of Individual and Family Services is based on a network-oriented approach, and we work with flexibility, close collaboration and cooperation. We highly value cooperation and collaboration, both internally within our own operations and with other operations in the municipality, as well as with external collaboration partners. You will work individually and in a network with other social workers. We work with close support from management and case supervision. Your work tasks will include case handling and follow-up of cases according to the Social Services Act (SoL) and the Care of Young Persons Act (LVU). We would like you to have some years of experience working in individual and family services, but we also welcome newly qualified applicants, as we will give considerable weight to personal qualities. The position is based in Hammarstrand but your work area covers the entire municipality. Good opportunities for bus commuting are available, and working hours can be adapted to some extent based on these. We may also have a need for extended temporary work. Your personal qualities are important in our assessment, and we will place great emphasis on your personal suitability. Previous experience working with a network-oriented approach and systemic perspective is a merit.
