About the role A Port Worker in a nearby harbor city is responsible for safe and efficient loading, unloading, and transferring of cargo on vessels, as well as maintaining flow in the logistics chain. What you will do Load, unload, and transfer goods on vessels and vehicles. Secure and anchor cargo according to established procedures. Operate and collaborate with crane and forklift equipment. Verify freight documents and report discrepancies. Perform daily maintenance and keep your work area clean and safe. Work in shifts and collaborate closely with colleagues and transport partners. Follow and maintain safety procedures and workplace regulations. What you bring Experience from port, logistics, or similar work is a merit. A forklift license is a strong asset; other relevant certifications are a plus. Good physical ability and experience with shift work. You are driven and take responsibility for your work.
