We are now welcoming you as a Health Coach to our cozy specialized residential care facility, Tryggheten in Solna. You will work at Tryggheten, a small and family-oriented residential care home with 31 apartments on one floor. The apartments are distributed across two units, and we have a somatic focus. Tryggheten is located in Bergshamra, Solna, close to buses and within walking distance of Bergshamra subway station. The residential area offers nice walking paths by the water and in green spaces. Responsibilities As a Health Coach, you will have a key role in creating a daily life filled with meaning and joy for our residents. Your mission is to start from each individual—their interests, experiences, life history, and dreams—and together find ways to create conversations and experiences that strengthen both well-being and quality of life. This can range from preserving old interests to awakening curiosity for something entirely new. You contribute with creativity, commitment, and care. Individual conversations are an important work task, based on residents' needs. You will collaborate with a team consisting of an activity coach, social worker, and care personnel. Job Description We are currently seeking a health coach at 25% for a permanent position preceded by a probationary period. To be a candidate for this position, you need: Higher education with a focus on health coaching. Good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written. We also consider it a merit if you have previous experience in care and health services. To thrive in this position, you are engaged and care about your fellow human beings while being good at building positive relationships and being service-oriented. With us you work both in a team and independently, so it is important that you are comfortable in that environment. Before we offer employment, you must provide an unsealed extract from the police criminal record register.
