Health Coach at Tryggheten in Solna

We welcome you as a Health Coach to our cozy residential care facility Tryggheten in Solna. You will work at Tryggheten, a small family-like specialized residential home with 31 apartments on one floor. The apartments are divided between two units and we have a somatic focus. Tryggheten is located in Bergshamra, Solna, close to buses and within walking distance of Bergshamra subway station. The facility is surrounded by lovely walking trails by the water and in green areas. Job Responsibilities As a Health Coach, you will have a key role in creating a daily life filled with meaning and joy for our residents. Your mission is to start from each individual – their interests, experiences, life history and dreams – and together find ways to meaningful conversations and experiences that strengthen both well-being and quality of life. This can range from preserving old interests to sparking curiosity for something completely new. You contribute with creativity, engagement and care. Individual conversations are an important part of your work, based on residents' needs. You will collaborate with a team consisting of an activities coach, social worker and care staff. In short, you will be the one who, together with us, makes a difference every day by putting quality of life in focus. Job Description We are currently seeking a health coach at 25% for a permanent position preceded by a probationary period. To be qualified for this position, you need: University education focused on health coaching. Good knowledge of Swedish language, both spoken and written We also consider it meritorious if you have previous experience in care and welfare. To thrive in this position, you are engaged and care about your fellow humans, while being good at building positive relationships and having a service-oriented approach. We work both in teams and independently, so it is important that you are comfortable in that environment. Before we offer employment, you must provide an official extract from the police's criminal record register.
