About the Operation
Do you want to work in an operation where each day makes a difference? The Psychiatric Clinic in Avesta is now seeking an engaged coordinator. With us, you will become part of a multidisciplinary team with great commitment to our patients and to developing psychiatric care. You will have extensive collaboration with the Swedish Public Employment Service, the Swedish Social Insurance Agency, and Social Services.

Work Tasks
As a coordinator with us, you work with psychosocial treatment both individually and in groups. The work includes, among other things:
Assessment and treatment of patients with mental health issues
Counseling and supportive conversations
Collaboration with next of kin, social services, and other healthcare providers
Documentation according to HSL and SoL
Participation in team conferences and development work
Independent work and solution-focused approach are prerequisites
Qualifications
Requirements:
Social worker with degree and credential as a healthcare coordinator (or possibility to obtain credential)
Merits:
Experience in psychiatric work
CBT Step 1 training
Motivational interviewing/counseling therapies
Personal Qualities:
Good collaboration skills and ability to work independently
Flexible, responsible, and solution-focused
