JOB RESPONSIBILITIES As a coordinator with us, you contribute with knowledge and commitment that makes people feel secure. In cross-professional teams, we plan and deliver care and treatment based on the patient's needs. We work closely with family members, schools, social services, and other clinics within healthcare. The work involves extensive dialogue with patients and guardians—both based on manual-based, psychoeducational materials and in everyday, supportive conversations. We value collegial support and work according to RESIMA—a method for creating an environment that functions optimally and minimizes the risk of threats and violence for both patients and staff. You will be offered supervision and further training based on the department's needs. QUALIFICATIONS For this position, you need a degree in social work. You also need previous experience working as a coordinator, with experience from healthcare and licensure as a healthcare coordinator being meriting qualifications. You are clear and confident in yourself, think innovatively and solution-oriented. You enjoy working both independently and in a team. Collaboration and initiative, flexibility, and attention to detail are qualities we value. Your attitude contributes to a good work environment where we all work together to achieve the best care quality for our patients. You are good at prioritizing what is most important at any given time and have the ability to maintain focus on the task. Employment Form: Permanent position.
