About the Role As Sustainability Coordinator, you will become part of our quality team of seven people and work closely with our Quality and Sustainability Manager. You will have a central role in coordinating, developing, and following up on Modulpac's sustainability and occupational health and safety work. Sustainability is a high-priority area for both our customers and owners, and you will become an important internal resource with broad cross-functional collaboration. You will also have contact and find support in this area through our parent company. The role gives you great opportunities to influence the content and develop it based on your background, competence, and the aspects of sustainability that you are particularly passionate about. What Will You Be Working With? Your assignment spans from operational issues in daily operations to analysis, follow-up, and development of our longer-term sustainability work. You will, among other things: Coordinate and follow up on work within sustainability, environment, and systematic occupational health and safety Collect, quality assure, and analyze climate and sustainability data and contribute to reporting and follow-up Conduct LCA analyses and climate calculations Work with and further develop our work within, for example, EcoVadis, CDP, and ISCC PLUS Follow up on sustainability goals and identify improvement opportunities in the operation Conduct supplier assessments from an environmental and sustainability perspective Support the operation on issues within environment, climate, occupational health and safety, chemical management, and product compliance Monitor and implement relevant legal, customer, and standard requirements into working methods Contribute to the development of Modulpac's sustainability strategy and future sustainability work Within the occupational health and safety area, work with, among other things, incidents and accidents, safety committee, and safety inspections Your Profile We are looking for you who have a genuine interest in sustainability and are driven by implementing issues and goals into concrete activities and improvements. You are structured and analytical, but also communicative and enjoy a role with many contact points. You may have post-secondary education in, for example, environment, sustainability, or engineering, or have built up equivalent competence through work experience. Perhaps you already work in sustainability, environment, quality, or occupational health and safety and want to take the next step toward a broader sustainability role. Your competence, your strengths, and your interest should help shape the role. Experience from manufacturing industry and knowledge within, for example, ISO 14001, ISCC PLUS, EcoVadis, CDP, SBTi, LCA, GHG Protocol, or climate calculations are merits. Knowledge of PPWR and regulations for materials in contact with food is also valuable. You communicate fluently in Swedish and English and have good system skills. Why Modulpac?
