About the position As a preschool teacher with us, you have a key role in leading the pedagogical work and creating a learning environment where children can grow and develop. You plan, implement and evaluate teaching together with your colleagues, and actively contribute to ensuring that the preschool's education maintains high quality. We are looking for you who: Are a trained preschool teacher with valid certification. Have good ability to express yourself verbally and in writing in Swedish. Have high work ethic and genuine commitment to children's learning. Are relational, empathetic and see the importance of building good relationships with both children, colleagues and guardians. Are cooperative, flexible and easily adapt to new situations. Are solution-focused and see possibilities rather than obstacles. A little about us: Our preschool is located near Bäckby Centrum and is a small family unit with two departments. The preschool is multicultural where educators work from an intercultural approach. This means meeting guardians and children with openness, respect, reflection and empathy. The preschool works with clarifying pedagogy and TAKK. The curriculum (Lpfö18) and the Convention on the Rights of the Child guide us in everything we do throughout the day. We expect you to be active and follow the child, guide and direct their learning and progression. It is of great importance that you speak Swedish well.
