The position means that you plan, implement, and evaluate your teaching and activities based on current guidelines, both independently and in collaboration with others. You use V-klass for documentation as well as for student and parent contacts. QUALIFICATIONS You have good collaboration skills and the ability to lead and motivate others to effectively reach set goals. You also have the ability to create engagement and participation. You have strong subject knowledge as well as knowledge of pedagogical and didactic methods regarding teaching and assessment. You are an experienced IT user. Teacher certification is a requirement for permanent employment. You are trained as a preschool teacher and are authorized to teach in preschool class, or you are a primary school teacher authorized to teach grades F-3. As a person, you are positive, responsible, have a positive view of students, and are passionate about developing the activities. Employment type: Permanent position. Work hours: Daytime. Permanent employees in Sävsjö Municipality are war-positioned at their ordinary workplace. In the event of heightened readiness, war threat, or war, the employee shall report to their ordinary workplace.
