We are now seeking a Gym Attendant at 50% for our new gym in Sollefteå who wants to offer our customers the best service and give them the best possible training experience. Start date: mid-August. Your Assignment As a Gym Attendant, you are our face to the customer and work to provide every member with a first-class service experience. Your focus is on actively driving membership sales and our other products, and you will be an important part of our team when it comes to creating value for both members and business. Sales, customer service, and creating a welcoming environment are at the core of your work. You also ensure that our members follow our house rules to maintain a positive and safe gym environment for everyone. This means you actively remind and inform members about the rules, handle disruptive behavior, and help create a safe atmosphere. By being present and responsive, you contribute to all members feeling welcome and able to train in a positive environment. Your responsibilities include: Sales of memberships and additional services such as personal training packages, products from our retail selection, and any campaigns. High-level customer service, where you answer questions both over the phone and in person at the gym, help members solve problems, and ensure they get the best experience. Daily operations, which includes keeping the facilities clean and welcoming, ensuring equipment is in good condition, and maintaining the gym's overall standards. The pace of work varies and can shift quickly depending on the time of day and the number of members visiting our gym. Since our gyms have flexible staffing and varying hours, you need to be flexible and able to work irregular hours, including weekends and evenings. Who Are You? You are locally rooted in Sollefteå with a broad network—in associations, business, and community. As a natural ambassador, you enjoy taking initiative, telling people about STC, and helping more people find their way here. You are sales-driven, enjoy making contact and following up, and thrive working independently and taking responsibility. You have experience leading training sessions—or are curious about starting. You are solution-oriented and used to a fast pace without losing quality.
