Depending on your background and qualifications, the scope of the position may vary from part-time to full-time. We are a small and dynamic company operating in education and veterinary care. We work purposefully to create a safe, unpretentious, and inspiring environment – both for our employees and for the people we meet in our work. We offer education in forestry, animals, and driver training. We have approximately 50 employees, 140 high school students, and around 100 adult learners. At Dille Gård in Ås, we offer the Natural Resource Program with specializations in Horses, Dogs, Animal Care, Hunting, Adventure, and Forest Machinery. We also conduct adult education in forestry, forest machinery operation, bus, truck, and animal healthcare. Our staff work closely with students using process-oriented pedagogy. The school is located in a well-maintained farm environment that is constantly developing, with our modern veterinary clinic directly adjacent. We strive to work closely with our students and value the community and culture that we call Dille Spirit.
