High School Teacher of Civics and Religion at Gymnasieskolan Vipan

About the Role and Your Responsibilities As a teacher of civics and religion in the vocational program at Gymnasieskolan Vipan, you are responsible for planning, implementing, assessing, and following up on instruction in accordance with current curriculum guidelines. You will receive excellent support from both a well-functioning work team and subject team. It is important that you want to actively work to continuously develop instruction in these subjects based on the program's examination objectives. It is also important that you have the ability to adapt your teaching to the student group. As a teacher at Vipan, you are expected to participate in work team and subject team development activities and to contribute to the analysis and planning of development work with colleagues to achieve higher goal fulfillment. You are also expected to participate in the school's development work. You will play an important role as a mentor for a teaching group and support students throughout their studies in the program as a whole. It is natural for you to create good relationships with both students, colleagues, and guardians. We Are Looking for You We are looking for you as a certified high school teacher in civics and religion. It is an advantage if you are also certified to teach Swedish and/or English. As a teacher at Vipan, you must have a genuine interest in working with young people's development. Furthermore, it is important that you are a good classroom leader and that you have good pedagogical ability and can motivate. You are driven, engaged, and create good relationships with both colleagues and students. We see that you are comfortable in your role as a teacher and have an approach where anything is possible.
