Perfect for you if you enjoy practical work and want to get physical activity as a natural part of your workday. 👉 Practical information The position is a part-time role at 75% Permanent employment Approximate working hours are Monday - Friday 11:30 - 18:00 You will rotate between 3 gyms: Malmö Hyllie Group, Malmö Hyllie C, Malmö Limhamn Desired start date: September 1, 2026 🛠️ What does the job entail? As a gym staff member at Fitness24Seven, things move quickly. While you're fixing a broken treadmill, a member appears with a question about the gym. You're quick on your feet and can easily provide first-class service to the member, and then return to making sure the treadmill works as it should. In the role as gym staff, your primary tasks are to: Ensure your gyms are accessible, functional, and fresh (moving between 2–3 gyms per day) Organize training equipment and put weights back in place (free training!) Maintain machines (e.g. disassemble, clean, and lubricate) Handle minor machine and equipment repairs and follow up on our monthly safety reports Inventory and order consumables Arrange Open House events where you're available for members Conduct gym introductions: show new members how to use machines and get started with training Basic cleaning of training areas, locker rooms, and bathrooms as needed (cleaning company available) 👤 Who we believe you are As a person, you enjoy working in a gym environment and at a varied pace.
