But there's a simple solution that works wonders for body, heart, and mind—movement! But we need your help! We are now looking for a Gym Manager at 80% who wants to take responsibility for driving growth at our two gyms in Oskarshamn and develop our leadership in line with our mission and values. Your Assignment As Gym Manager, you have overall responsibility for daily operations, service, and growth, and report to the District Manager. You are responsible for ensuring an excellent member experience, coaching and developing your team, and ensuring the gym is well-maintained. Together with your team of gym attendants, you drive scheduling, staffing, and sales to inspire more people to get moving, though this does not include personnel responsibility. You also follow up on group training and personal training in close collaboration with your district manager, group training manager (GTA), and central training manager. Your role is central to the gym's development and success, and you have a holistic perspective covering everything from daily operations to long-term growth and member satisfaction. Your role will be operatively active, where you are close to the member for the best service. Please note that working hours will be scheduled during daytime, evenings, and weekends. This means flexibility regarding working hours is a requirement for the position. You are expected to adapt to a varying schedule and be available for work at different times to meet operational needs and ensure a high level of service for our members. Who Are You? You also have a strong business understanding and ability to identify growth opportunities, while always putting the member experience first. Requirements: • Strong ability to work results-oriented with a focus on sales and member satisfaction. • Experience working with scheduling and workforce planning. • Fluent in speaking and writing Swedish. • Valid driver's license (Category B). Meritorious: • Experience working as a team lead, preferably in fitness, service, or retail. • Experience leading and coaching staff.
