What Your Workday Will Look Like: • You'll be the first smile a guest sees. • You'll welcome guests, escort them to their room, and show them why our hotel is better than their living room. • You'll take care of VIP guests so they feel like you've known them personally for years. • You'll resolve wishes, questions, and minor crises before a guest even gets to ask "can I ask you something?" • You'll recommend the best restaurants, hunt down tickets, plan excursions, and save guests' evenings like a professional magician. • You'll ensure the lobby always looks perfect. • You'll communicate with colleagues and enter information into systems. • Daily 12-hour shifts What Our New Team Member Should Have: • Experience in the same position is a plus. • A smile. • Knowledge of Czech and English. • Good communication skills. • Pleasant and professional demeanor. • Customer focus and a proactive approach.
