For 25 years, Gryning has offered residential and outpatient care for children, youth and families, emergency and foster care, addiction treatment, supported housing, services against honor-related violence and oppression, as well as LSS housing. We offer counseling and training and help with placements. Gryning is owned by municipalities in Västra Götaland through four municipal associations. Gryning's HVB Sunnerö opened in Alingsås in November 2022. The activity serves unaccompanied children ages 8 through 11 who need care, treatment, and supplementary investigations. We operate 24/7. We are now seeking a treatment secretary for a permanent, full-time position with a start date by agreement. Working hours are scheduled and include day, evening, and weekend shifts every other weekend. A probationary period may be applied. 1 position(s). WORK DUTIES What does the role entail? As a treatment secretary, you participate in treatment planning and perform qualified treatment work. Over time, the role may also include investigative work. You have conversations with family members, document, maintain contact with commissioners and other important people in the children's network. Since care and supervision are part of the work, it is important to be able to collaborate, be attentive, and flexible. Being a support for children in their daily routines is also an essential part of the work. QUALIFICATIONS Who are you? We are looking for someone with an academic degree such as social worker, social pedagogue, behavioral scientist, or equivalent education. Experience working with children and families in vulnerable life situations and good knowledge of legislation in the field is meritorious. We are looking for someone who can work independently and in teams, is flexible and organized. Documentation is an important part of this role; strong Swedish language skills and previous documentation experience are therefore meritorious. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.
