For 25 years, Gryning has offered residential care and outpatient services for children, youth and families, emergency and family foster homes, addiction treatment, supported housing, initiatives against honor-related violence and oppression, and LSS housing. We offer counseling and training and help with placements. Gryning is owned by municipalities in Västra Götaland through four municipal associations. Gryning's HVB Sunnerö opened in Alingsås in November 2022. The operation serves individually placed children aged 8 to 11 years who need care, treatment, and supplementary assessments. We operate 24/7. We are now seeking a Treatment Secretary for a permanent full-time position, starting date by agreement. Working hours are scheduled and include day, evening, and every other weekend work. A probationary period may apply. 1 position(s). WORK DUTIES What does the position involve? As a Treatment Secretary, you participate in treatment planning and perform qualified treatment work. Over time, the position may also include assessment work. You conduct conversations with family members, document, maintain contact with commissioners and other important people in children's networks. Since care and supervision are part of the work, it is important to be able to cooperate, be responsive and flexible. Supporting children in their daily routines is also an essential part of the work. QUALIFICATIONS Who are you? We are looking for someone with an academic degree such as social worker, social pedagogue, behavioral scientist, or other equivalent education. Experience working with children and families in vulnerable life situations and good knowledge of legislation in the field are meriting factors. We are looking for someone who can work independently and in a team, is flexible and structured. Documentation is an important part of this position; good Swedish language skills and previous documentation experience are therefore meriting factors. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability. A driver's license is a requirement as travel is part of the work. Employment type: Permanent position. Duration: Permanent.
