Claesborg is an LSS residential facility for youth aged 11-21 years with diagnoses within the autism spectrum and social difficulties. We work to give young people the opportunity to develop their own abilities and take more responsibility for their actions and show more respect towards others. We are now seeking a residential secretary at 90% for a permanent position. 1 position(s). DUTIES What does the position entail? As an employee at Claesborg, you get to be part of running an operation that gives people the opportunity to grow. Our primary task is to support each individual young person based on the young person's age and ability and provide young people with support to develop their skills. As a residential secretary, you are responsible for, together with the young people, establishing implementation plans. You are also responsible for documentation in accordance with applicable laws. Care and nursing are of course also part of the work. QUALIFICATIONS Who are you? We are looking for you, who wants to work in a developing organization. You have an appropriate university degree, for example social worker, social pedagogue, social psychologist or behavioral scientist. You have previous experience working with young people with special needs. As a person, you are clear, calm and have the ability to self-reflect. The position includes travel so a driver's license is a prerequisite. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability. Employment type: Permanent position. Duration: Indefinite.
