About the Role As a group fitness instructor, you are a central part of our members' experience – you are an ambassador, inspirator, and energy spreader. Your task is to deliver fitness joy, create motivation, and give our participants that WOW-feeling that makes them eager to come back. You should feel confident taking center stage, being authentic, and leading with both heart and energy – whether there are 10 or 100 people in the room. We are now recruiting instructors to Uppsala Lindbacken for all our concepts. We are now seeking Senior Trainers who will work with our happy seniors at 10 am on weekdays. We Offer You: Training in the concept – we cover it! A fixed class/week (or more!) at one of our clubs where the need is greatest A workplace filled with commitment, development, and fitness joy We're Looking for Someone Who Can: Hold 1–2 fixed classes per week Be available mornings, afternoons, evenings, or weekends (depending on need) Who Are You? You don't need to be a certified instructor already – we'll train you!
