About the Role As a group fitness instructor, you're a central part of our members' experience – you're both an ambassador, inspiration, and energy source. Your task is to deliver workout enthusiasm, create motivation, and give our participants that WOW-feeling that makes them want to come back. You should feel comfortable taking center stage, being yourself, and leading with both heart and energy – whether there are 10 or 100 people in the room. What We Offer You: Training in the Reformer Pilates concept – we'll provide it! At least one fixed class per week (or more!) A workplace filled with engagement, development, and fitness enthusiasm! Requirements: To attend our training program, you must be certified and have several years of experience in one of the following: Yoga Pilates / Les Mills Pilates Les Mills Bodybalance Les Mills Shapes Reformer Pilates We're Looking for Someone Who Can: Teach 1–2 fixed classes per week Be available mornings, afternoons, evenings, or weekends (depending on needs) Who Are You? You don't need to be a certified instructor already – we'll train you!
